by commissioning me, you agree to the following:
･ Slots and Waitlist are not first come first serve. I have the right to decline any commission request if I don't feel comfortable and if it is out of my art abilities･ **All commissions are to be used for personal and private use only. ** You may NOT make profits from the commissioned work, this includes reselling, redistributing, making prints, etc...) unless indicated commercial use (multiply total price x2).･ Payment upfront - I will start the commission after full payment is received. There will be no refunds once I start the sketch, unless I am unable to complete your commission.･ Be patient and acknowledge that the amount of time for a commission's completion will vary depending on the type of artwork, going from a few days to 1-5 weeks. If there are any deadlines, please specify.･ No editing, tracing, copying, removing the watermark from the finished product. You are not allowed to claim my art as your own even if you have paid and commissioned me.
